Contact
Drop us a line.
An email to hello@hyperzero.de lands with the person who built the app. The reply usually comes the same working day, at the latest the next.
There’s no ticket system, no bot, no escalation tier. There is one person and one inbox.
What you can expect
- Honest answers. Including the answer “no, we won’t build that.”
- No marketing follow-ups. Writing in once doesn’t end you up in some newsletter.
- Bug reports get read. Not every one gets implemented — but every one is acknowledged.
What we don’t have
- Phone support. We don’t take calls. What can’t be sorted in writing can’t be sorted on the phone either.
- Live-chat widgets. Nobody should have to keep one eye on a blinking speech bubble — neither you nor us.
- Status pages for apps that run offline. If Verso is misbehaving on your end, the server isn’t the cause.
Postal address
For anything that can’t go by email, the full postal address is listed in the imprint. Parcels, paper receipts, printed marketing — please don’t. But if it has to happen for legal reasons, the address is there.
Who replies
Sebastian Wiegemann. Designer, owner, developer, support — in one person. Out of the Ruhr Valley.
More on why it’s one person and not a team is in the manifest.
